Our Operations Team handles the tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
• Advertising job vacancies to attract potential candidates
• Pre-screening of candidates to determine their qualifications, skills, and work experience
• Conducting interviews and assessments to further evaluate the candidates
• Verification of the candidates' previous work experience and references
• Ensuring that all candidates meet the requirements set by employers
•Assisting employers in securing necessary paper work approval from the Migrant Workers.
• Office (MWO, formerly Philippine Overseas Labor Office/POLO) and the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW, formerly Philippine Overseas Labor Office/POEA).
• Assisting candidates in securing necessary legal documents such as passports, DFA authentications, visas, work permits and Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs).
• Ensuring that all documents are valid, complete and submitted on time to avoid any delays or complications.
• Providing assistance in obtaining medical clearances and other necessary certifications.
• Providing orientation and training programs to prepare candidates for work in their respective countries.
• Providing candidates with information on the respective countries' laws and customs.
• Providing assistance to candidates in opening bank accounts for remittance use.
• Assisting candidates in securing accommodations and transportation to the airport.
• Providing candidates with a checklist of items to bring for their trip.
• Providing candidates with duly approved documents for a smooth Immigration exit from Manila.
•Regularly monitoring the performance of our candidates to ensure that they meet the expectations of their employers.
•Conducting periodic evaluations of our recruitment process to identify areas for Improvement.
•Ensuring that our operations are compliant with the Implementing Rules and Regulations, and latest Memorandum Circulars and Advisories from the Department of Migrant Workers.
• Providing prompt and courteous service to our clients.
• Addressing any concerns or complaints that our clients may have.
• Maintaining open communication with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our clients.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all information.
• Utilizing technology to streamline our operations and improve efficiency.
