Qualifications

• FEMALE. Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel environment
• Must be a graduate of a 4-year degree program in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in food service supervision, including staff coordination and guest service
• Experience in trolley service operations (e.g., room service, banquet trolley service)
• Skilled in flower arrangement and decorative presentation for dining areas, events, or service trolleys
• Ability to manage staff schedules, training, and performance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
